Collection atrribute properties

Use this dialog box to view and edit the properties of an aditional attribute

General

Name

The name of the additional attribute.

Default values

The default values are used in the drop-down list of values for the attribute in the item properties dialog box. The first value from the list will be used as the default value for the attribute in new items.

Place each value of this list in a separate line or separate them from each other with the ";" character. For example:

Pop                                 or                 Pop; Rock

Rock                                                 Classics

Classics                                                 Disko

Disko

If there is no need to automatically assign the default value to the attribute in new items, you should set an empty string as its first deafult value. For example:

;Pop;Rock

Pass to new subcollections

Copy the attribute to a new subcollections automatically.

Show in the 'Name' column

Show the value of the attribute in the "Name" column of the following lists: "Novelties", "Search results" and "Contacts". For example:

Back In Black (AC/DC)                 or                 Back In Black (AC/DC, 1981)

The second example shows the name of the item with several additional attributes that have this option on.

Show in the list of items

Show the attribute as a column in the item list of the collection.

Alignment

The type of alignment for values in the column with this attribute in the item list.

Font color

The font color for values in the column with this attribute in the item list.

Background color

The color of the column with this attribute in the item list.
